Meditation lead by Omar Davis (Crashbell)

Omar has a health education company focusing on human anatomy, mental health, and emotional wellness. He has developed impactful guided meditations which help to dive into portions of the body physically and emotionally. He has assisted people with acknowledging their deep trauma and healing through their inner child. Through visualization techniques, he leads people through various types of meditations and inner focus. Over the past six years, Omar has been developing his own knowledge and inner clarity through his meditation practice and visualizations. After healing deep trauma from his childhood, he made it his mission to share his tools to those seeking to heal. His passion for teaching others the knowledge of their human organism led him to work in corporate settings and with the Department of Education. He believes if we can give kids and parents the tools to understand what and who they are, then we can begin to see a change for our future generations.
