One of the greatest challenges we face as men today is balancing career with marriage, kids, health, finances, friends, life and beyond.
Mastermind Connect is a place where men are free from societal expectations. It is a collective of men who are striving to fully embrace the essence of becoming the best versions of themselves.
Attorney, writer, speaker Charlie Vargas shares on why he became a Mastermind Connect member
Our collective was formed in response to a society of extreme individualism and outdated ideas of masculine norms. We are men who believe in inspiring change by nurturing camaraderie, fostering accountability, and cultivating trust, leadership, and support through our pillars of RESOURCES, RECIPROCITY and RESPECT.
WHAT WE DO
We redefine the modern man through a simple set of practices; we share openly, we challenge one another to be honest and vulnerable, using the power of accountability, peer-mentoring and brotherhood, taking each other places we have never been before.
HOW WE DO IT
Together, we build wealth and legacy, we enhance our mind, body and soul, and give back to the community.
BUILD
Mastermind Connect aims to help its members grow personally, professionally and culturally, through a series of curated events, economic empowerment opportunities, leadership seminars and travel groups.
ENHANCE
Our members define what a balanced lifestyle means to them based on their core values. We help them get access to the tools they need to elevate their mind, body, and soul.
GIVE BACK
We use the power of mentoring to offer young men alternative ways to channel their energies through initiatives that create unique experiences to teach young men about the value of brotherhood, community, and the pursuit of excellence.
In the fast-paced world we live in, it's easy to get caught up in the desire to be "right" in arguments or disagreements, especially within relationships. However, this approach can be limiting and may prevent us from truly connecting with others and experiencing personal growth.
Have you ever felt a strong desire to grow or change in a certain way, and simply felt like you…couldn’t?
Almost as if you knew something was blocking the way, but you couldn’t move it, because you weren’t quite able to identify what the heck it was.
We've all experienced moments in relationships where we don't feel like we can be our full selves. Instead, we tend to show up as a watered down version of who we really are - even if it's just for a moment. What is it that keeps us from being vulnerable and open with those around us?
